I visit countless times a year, and my friends joke that 'no one visits their mother's home as often as you do'. Today, I'm sharing with you the hometown of Xishi, the heart of Wu Yue culture in Zhuji. . 🚗 Itinerary Day1: Hometown of Xishi ➡️ Zhuji Tea Museum Day2: Wu Xie Scenic Area ➡️ Shidu Ancient Village ➡️ Ten Li Lotus Pond If you have three days, you can also visit Si Residence and Fengqiao Ancient Town. . 👉 What to do❓ 1⃣️ Hometown of Xishi 📍 123 Huansha South Road, Zhuji City, Shaoxing 🎫 Combined ticket 80 yuan, Xishi Temple 40 yuan (free admission until the end of March) ⏰ 8:00-17:00 The area consists of Xishi Temple, Fan Li Temple, Folk Museum, Zheng Family Ancestral Hall, etc. There is no admission fee for entering the scenic area, but tickets are required for each museum. The Xishi Temple is the most worthwhile part of the scenic area, with architecture reconstructed in the 1980s. It was built with tens of thousands of local architectural elements from Zhuji, and now it serves not only as a memorial to Xishi but also as a showcase of the essence of Zhuji's folk architectural art. Every year on the 24th day of the 6th lunar month, a Lotus Fairy event is held here to commemorate Xishi. 2⃣️ Zhuji Tea Museum Here you can learn about the origin and development of tea and experience Song Dynasty tea ceremony, as well as taste the unique Shijing tea from Zhuji. 3⃣️ Wu Xie Waterfall Group (free admission until the end of March) Visit to see the silver waterfalls cascading in five stages, listen to the evening drums and morning bells of the jungle Zen temple, and enjoy boating on the clear waters. You need to take a boat to enter. 4⃣️ Fengqiao Ancient Town A thousand-year-old ancient town, historically the capital of ancient Yue. 5⃣️ Fragrant Torreya Forest Park Forest walks, searching for ancient trees deep in the mountains. 6⃣️ Si Residence Thousand Pillar House Green bricks, black tiles, stone-paved alleys, time seems to stand still in this ancient village deep in the mountains. 7⃣️ Ten Li Lotus Pond Navigate to Shanfeng Renjia to find it, in front of this restaurant 🈶️ there is a ten-thousand-acre lotus pond.
