Spring Cycling Diary

Today, I cycled through the Cuihu Xiangshan Bieyuan residential area, a modern garden that blends the essence of Chinese architecture. A gentle spring breeze brushed against me as I weaved between the green bricks and black tiles, as if traveling through time back to a poetic era. The buildings in the residential area are scattered in an orderly fashion, with upturned eaves, carved beams, and painted rafters. Every detail exudes a classical charm. I cycled along the stone-paved paths, flanked by meticulously trimmed greenery. Occasionally, a few peach blossoms peeked over the walls, their pink petals dancing gently in the wind, scattering fragrance everywhere. Passing through a bamboo grove, I came to a place with a small bridge and flowing water. A stream gurgled beneath the bridge, and a few koi swam leisurely in the water. I stopped my bike and quietly admired this vivid landscape painting, with the singing of birds in my ears and a sense of tranquility in my heart. Cycling to the center of the residential area, a quaint pavilion came into view. I took a short rest there, savoring a cup of tea and experiencing the elegance and harmony of the Chinese garden. The spring sunlight streamed through the carved window lattices, falling on my face, warm and bright. As the sun set, I reluctantly left this poetic place. Cuihu Xiangshan Bieyuan is not only a place to live, but also a paradise where the soul can be cleansed.
