This small town hidden in the mountains wove an unforgettable travelogue for me with its unique charm. 🌅 The Spectacular Sunrise of Xianfeng Mountain At five in the morning, with a faint moonlight still hanging in the sky, I drove to Xianfeng Mountain. The mountain road was winding, flanked by lush trees, occasionally accompanied by a few bird calls, adding to the tranquility. By the time I reached the top, the sky had already turned a shade of red. I found an excellent viewing spot and quietly waited for the sunrise. As the sun slowly rose, golden sunlight pierced through the clouds, spilling over the mountains, with the sea of clouds tumbling and shimmering in gold, breathtakingly beautiful. At that moment, I felt like I was in a moving painting, and all the waiting and fatigue vanished. I picked up my camera, trying to capture this awe-inspiring moment, but the scene in the lens could never fully capture the shock and emotion. 🌊 The Refreshing Baptism of Jiulongji Waterfall In the afternoon, I headed to Jiulongji Waterfall. Even before getting close, I could hear the thunderous sound of the waterfall, as if it were a thunderclap, shaking the heart. Standing under the waterfall, the splashing water droplets soaked my clothes, bringing bursts of coolness, instantly dispelling the summer heat. I closed my eyes and took a deep breath, inhaling the purest scent of nature, making me feel refreshed and relaxed. I walked along the path by the waterfall, with every step revealing a new scenery. The waterfall clusters were staggered, some as thin as silk, gently floating; others like a thousand troops galloping down. I stopped, quietly listening to the sound of the water, feeling the tranquility and power from nature. 🌌 The Gentle Night of Liyu Creek Park In the evening, I returned to Liyu Creek Park. By this time, the park had taken on a different look, with dazzling lights, dreamlike. I strolled along the creek, watching the koi fish in the pond become more lively and adorable under the lights. They swam freely in the water, as if dancing joyfully. After dinner, I watched the park's light show. The colorful lights intertwined in the night sky, forming magnificent patterns, complementing the distant mountains and nearby lotus flowers. I sat on a bench, quietly enjoying this visual feast, filled with longing and gratitude for a beautiful life. 🎢 The Extreme Challenge of Sujia Mountain The next day, I mustered the courage to challenge the high-altitude projects in Sujia Mountain Scenic Area. Standing on the glass viewing platform, with a deep abyss beneath my feet, I took a deep breath and bravely stepped forward. Although there was inevitably some nervousness and fear, the shock and sense of achievement when overlooking the entire valley made me forget all the unease instantly. Then, I tried the aerial bicycle and the thrilling step-by-step projects. Each challenge made my heart race and blood boil. Especially when I swooped down on the aerial bicycle, I felt like dancing with the wind and walking with the clouds, experiencing unprecedented freedom and exhilaration. 🍲 Food Exploration: The Taste of Zhouning Of course, how could a journey be complete without the company of food? During my two days in Zhouning, I tasted many authentic local dishes. For instance, the steamed bass, with its tender and juicy meat and delicate texture; the bowl of hot native chicken soup, with its golden color and fragrant aroma; not to mention the delicious snacks and desserts... Every dish left me with endless aftertaste and praise.
