1.5 hours from Guangzhou | Maozhua Valley, Zhaoqing: A One-Stop Destination for Family Fun

I took the kids on a weekend road trip to Maozhua Valley in Zhaoqing. Stepping into the park felt like entering a fairytale world of cats. 🐱Adorable cat-themed elements everywhere—it was heartwarming! The zoo in the park was so much fun! All sorts of small animals were a joy to watch, especially the pelicans. It was hilarious to see them chasing the keepers for food. 🌟There are two interactive shows daily: Pelican Flight Show: 10:40/14:40 Animal Theater Show: 11:30/16:00 Maozhua Valley also has many family-friendly amusement facilities. Slides, swings, and rocking 🐷... the kids didn't want to leave! There are two restaurants in the park, and the food is pretty good. After a day of fun, we headed straight to the hot springs area to relax. ♨️ There are 16 pools in total, the water temperature is just right, and the water quality is excellent. Enjoy a pleasant time with your kids while soaking in the hot springs. 🍃 🏘️We stayed at the Totoro Villa for the night. The accommodations were quite comfortable, with cat-themed details everywhere. The room was cozy and clean, and the beds were soft. The next day, you can drive to Songcheng Arcade Street in Zhaoqing city center. Don't forget to try the local specialty: Zhaoqing Zongzi.
