Day Trip to Shipwreck Bay, Blue Caves, White Beach from Zakynthos

#JanuaryGoodPlaces2025 The most famous place on Zakynthos Island is Navagio beach (Shipwreck), which is the filming location of the Korean drama Descendants of the Sun. Song Joong-ki drove a small boat to bring Song Hye-kyo to an uninhabited beach. In order to see this scene, I specially arranged a pilgrimage here. Zakynthos, known as the Paradise Island, is located in the Ionian Sea off the west coast of Greece and is the third largest island in the Ionian Islands. The most iconic attraction is Shipwreck Cove, famous for its clear waters and the remains of a shipwreck that ran aground in 1980. The tour guide said that the Ionian Sea is so beautiful. There is a legend that Zeus fell in love with Ionia and turned her into the sea to avoid being hunted by his wife Hera.
