📍 This is my second time in Lijiang, and with a heart full of love for this ancient city, I not only want to make up for the regrets of last time but also unlock more food and photo spots! 📷 🌈 About the Ancient Town Baisha Ancient Town is one of the three major ancient towns in Lijiang. You can experience various intangible cultural heritage crafts in the ancient town, such as Dongba hand drums, tie-dye, embroidery, wood carving, etc. These are all traditional intangible cultural heritage crafts of Baisha. There are also many elderly Naxi people playing ancient Naxi musical instruments on the street, which really makes you feel relaxed. Even on my second visit, I still don't want to leave! 🍽️ Speaking of food, the highlight this time is a restaurant highly recommended by a friend called "Chen Da Chu." I heard that this restaurant specializes in dishes made with intangible cultural heritage techniques, which is simply a blessing for a foodie like me! Moreover, this time I went to their new branch because the old one was too crowded to get in. 🙏 🌿 As soon as I entered the restaurant, I was attracted by the fresh ingredients displayed at the entrance. It was clear that the owner is very particular about selecting ingredients. Additionally, the service here is very attentive, warm, and thoughtful, making you feel very comfortable. 😊 🔥 Must-try dishes: Pu'er Tea Stir-fried Beef, Jasmine Flower Scrambled Eggs, Naxi Rice Sausage, and the intriguingly named Boiled Water Spinach. Each dish is full of creativity, and the taste is simply amazing! 😍 🌟 I particularly recommend the Pu'er Tea Stir-fried Beef. The beef is tender and juicy, paired with the unique aroma of Pu'er tea, making it a perfect match! Another bite of Jasmine Flower Scrambled Eggs, which is fragrant and delicate in texture, is a delightful surprise with every bite! 🏷️
