Ipheojeon's bread is made healthily using organic wheat flour and natural yeast. Instead of margarine or shortening, they use 100% butter and milk, and they make and sell bread on the same day without chemical additives, so you can taste fresh bread.  Representative menu items include ham-bong-beurre sandwich, salt bread, fig cream cheese baguette, and financier. In particular, the ham-bong-beurre is made fresh upon order, so you can enjoy it even fresher.  They also offer a variety of drinks, and many people say that their coffee tastes great.
