Juso Pass Observation Plaza is a popular spot where you can see the night view of the Osaka Plain from your car without entering the Shigiikoma Skyline 🌟🎶 Whether it's a weekend or a weekday, many people gather at the observation plaza to enjoy the night view from their cars, making it a hotly contested area. Although it can accommodate nearly 20 cars, the only place you can see the night view from inside your car is the front row (5-6 cars), so you'll have to wait until a spot opens up.
