Shwedagon Pagoda is a popular and impressive temple which you should visit if you are in Yangon. The whole visit, including walking around and taking pictures should last between 1 to 2 hours. The building is well preserved. The special materials and features of this building let you really understand the opulence, magnificence and power of the country in the golden times. I strongly recommend to visit this place during the day and during the night time, the lights makes the whole place to look stunning. Remember to remove your shoes to walk inside the building.
