Although the scent of osmanthus is fading from the air, the joy of gathering around a warm stove for tea still revolves around it. · ▫️I discovered a quiet tea shop, modern and clean, perfect for solo enjoyment in undisturbed tranquility. It's Yincha, right next to Xuchang 360. · ▫️I ordered a pot of tea for the stove and osmanthus-flavored roasted milk. I skipped the extra roasted snacks like peanuts and marshmallows, as I wanted dessert and a more atmospheric experience. You can order some small snacks to enjoy while sipping the roasted milk. · ▫️There are quite a few tools for making roasted milk. First, tea leaves are brewed to create a base, then roasted and milk is added. It simmers over low heat, and osmanthus flowers are added for fragrance. When pouring, you can add rock sugar to your liking. · ▫️The dessert I ordered was shaped like a small bun, very cute, and not too sweet. It paired perfectly with the roasted milk.
