The company has also introduced more than 100 ancient mulberry trees from all over the country, with ages ranging from hundreds to thousands of years, and the oldest can be traced back to the Wei, Jin, Southern and Northern Dynasties. The two Mulberry King and Queen trees, which are over 1,600 years old, were transplanted from faraway Tibet. When the Yarlung Zangbo River Reservoir was being built, these two ancient mulberry trees would be submerged. After the company's top management learned the news, they traveled thousands of miles to transplant them to Xinchang, Zhejiang. Nowadays, although the rape flowers in the garden have turned golden yellow, the spring breeze in March still blows open the green buds of the ancient mulberry trees. Walking into the Dali Silk Culture Industrial Park, you can see petrified wood everywhere, big or small, standing or lying, gray or yellow. Their number is comparable to the ancient stone mills in the park. The billion-year-old silicified wood and the tall and weathered ancient mulberry trees form a time tunnel that reflects from ancient times. A 32-meter-long ancient mulberry tree fossil lies quietly in the middle of the trail in front of the gate. On both sides of the trail are tall ancient mulberry trees. This petrified wood was excavated from the Dali Silk Industrial Park on the day of the groundbreaking ceremony in 2002, and has now become the park's treasure.
