Mengsuo Longtan is located on the south side of the county seat of Ximeng Wa Autonomous County, Pu'er City, southwest border, the beautiful Mengsuo Longtan and the unique Ximeng Wa City depend on each other, forming a 'city travel integration, city lake integration, city scenery integration' 'Natural + Humanistic' beauty. There are more than 20 scenic spots around Mengsuo Longtan, such as lotus pond, Longmoye holy land, holy water pond, python valley, Panxu rock, monkey cliff, fairy stone cave, Danfo mountain, Myanmar temple, Guanbi pavilion, etc., which have rich cultural connotations and beautiful landscapes. The scenic area is a 4A-level 'National Water Conservancy Scenic Area'. Mengsuo Longtan is a natural tropical rainforest freshwater lake, with green forests and green mountains around the dragon pond, quiet environment, overlapping mountains, sparkling water, water reflecting the mountain city, and beautiful scenery. 'Longmoye' is the transliteration of Wa language, 'Long' means sacred mountain, sacred forest, sacred land, 'Mo' means god, 'Ye' means 'all', 'Longmoye' means 'the place where all gods gather', that is, the holy land where people pray for blessings and safety to 'all gods'. This is the most shocking cultural landscape in Mengsuo Longtan Scenic Area. It is a concrete manifestation of the Wa people's primitive religion of all things having spirits. The Wa people believe that all living things, when life ends, its 'soul' does not immediately 'go to heaven', but is entrusted to the 'Longmo' holy land in another way. Mengsuo Longtan Scenic Area is open for free from 8:00 to 18:00 every day, and the specific charges are subject to the on-site announcement. Longmoye Holy Land Mengsuo Longtan
