Let's explore the charm of the Chinese Grand Canyon! Transportation: Choose to rent a car or drive yourself, other means of transportation are not recommended! First, validate your ticket and take the shuttle bus, which is about 2 kilometers, to the visitor center at the foot of Yuntai Mountain to start your hiking journey. Second, start climbing the mountain along a very grand sign of the Chinese Grand Canyon. Third, after walking for a while, you will come across two forks in the road. The left path leads up the mountain, and the right path is for the shuttle bus. Fourth, the left path up the mountain aims to reach the top of Yuntai Mountain, then descend through Lover's Valley to reach Muke Village. There is a small shop at the fork where you can replenish some food before setting off! Fifth, continue along this path for about a few hundred meters, and you will come across two more forks. A sign indicates that the right path is a main road suitable for the elderly, while the left path is a mountain road that is winding and thrilling, with a nearly vertical section. As a young person, you will definitely take the mountain road, so I took the mountain road alone while my mom and child took the main road. Sixth, the mountain top is not high, and the road is very winding. There is a temple in the middle, then continue climbing. The last section is almost vertical. I posted a video of my entire climb. Seventh, at the top of the mountain, there is a glass suspension bridge. There is no other way, and you cannot return, so you must cross the glass suspension bridge. If you don't want to walk on the suspension bridge, take the main road from the beginning and avoid the mountain road. Eighth, the glass suspension bridge costs 40 yuan per person. There is also a canyon zip line, but it was raining the day I went, so it was closed, and I didn't see the price. The suspension bridge is quite long, with glass in the middle. It was foggy and rainy the day I went, so it wasn't that scary because everything below was white. If you are really scared, just don't look down. Ninth, after crossing the suspension bridge, walk back down the mountain along the main road through Lover's Valley. Lover's Valley is not much, just a few heart-shaped decorations for taking photos. Tenth, after Lover's Valley, you will reach Muke Village, where you can go in and take a look. Eleventh, after exiting Muke Village, the shuttle bus station is right across. Get on the bus, and it will take you to the museum. Twelfth, the museum costs 15 yuan per person. We didn't go in because we've seen too many museums. If you don't want to go in but your child really wants to, let the child go in alone while you wait at the exit.
