Xiamen Botanical Garden: A Must-See Destination with Unique Beauty in Every Season

I've visited Xiamen Botanical Garden twice, once in early autumn and once in early winter. Each season truly offers a unique kind of beauty. The different sections are well-organized. A thorough visit takes about four hours. My first visit was through the west gate, both in and out. This time, I entered through the south gate and exited through the west gate. For those looking for convenience, I recommend using the west gate. Entering through the south gate allows you to take the popular elevator, but there's still a lot of walking involved, both to reach the elevator and after getting off. Xiamen's sun is intense, so it's best not to waste your energy on unnecessary walking. If it's a cloudy day and you're up for a good walk, the south gate route is a good option, as it offers a view overlooking Xiamen Island that you can't get from the west gate. My favorite areas are the Rainforest World and the Succulent Zone, which are also popular photo spots. The other areas are nice, but the plants aren't as densely packed or as visually appealing as in these two sections. A stroll through the Rainforest World is incredibly cool and refreshing. Xiamen Botanical Garden is truly a place for all ages. My parents were also full of praise and thoroughly enjoyed their visit.
