Visit a tranquil temple hidden in the backstreets of Xi'an Hui Street

The Great Mosque of Xi'an is the oldest Islamic temple in China. Let's go through the gate of Huajuexiang from the tourist-filled Huijie Street and enter the back alley. There are many shops selling souvenirs of Xi'an lined up on the narrow street. It has an atmosphere like a downtown area. If you go along the street, you will see an old wall. This is the Great Mosque. At first glance, the precincts look like a normal Chinese temple, but if you look closely, you will see Arabic characters written on it. The roof is a beautiful refreshing blue color, which I felt was very rare. Tourists are quietly enjoying the atmosphere of the temple. This is a place where you can calm your mind.
