The Crowne Plaza Xi'an is the first Crowne Plaza brand hotel deployed by the InterContinental Hotels Group in Xi'an, and it really counts as an old-brand hotel in Xi'an. According to the administrative division, the hotel is located in the Beilin District, and it is the only international brand hotel in the district. The hotel is well situated, with the Stadium Station of Metro Line 2 just 900 meters away, providing easy subway access to all the major attractions in Xi'an. Taxis are conveniently available to Shaanxi History Museum, Daxingshan Temple, Big Wild Goose Pagoda, Xi'an Stele Forest Museum, and other places, all within a 3-6 kilometer range. A 5-minute walk will take you to the Small Wild Goose Pagoda (Xi'an Museum) and Anrenfang Site Exhibition Hall, which is extremely convenient for tourists. Staying here during holidays is relatively quieter and the price is much lower than in the bustling Qujiang area, making it a great value for money. The summer vacation is coming, and there will be more family guests and student groups. It is also excellent for study tours to stay here. This time I stayed in a single-bedroom suite, which seemed to be a bit larger than the suites I've stayed in before. After staying, I learned that the hotel has begun to renovate the guest rooms on the executive floors, mainly upgrading the hardware. The executive floor rooms are equipped with capsule coffee machines, Dyson hair dryers, automatic toilets, JBL Bluetooth speakers, etc., greatly improving the quality of stay, and about half of the rooms have been completed so far. In addition, it is expected that in early June, the mattresses on the executive floors will also be upgraded, all replaced with the American brand Sealy. Guests staying on the executive floors enjoy executive privileges. Currently, the executive lounge offers afternoon tea, happy hour, and breakfast is served in the all-day dining restaurant on the first floor. The food provided during happy hour is quite generous, with several hot dishes, main courses, soup, desserts, Western cold plates, drinks, fruits, etc., which can completely serve as dinner.
