The sunny pool is beautiful, and the ambassador service is very attentive. I came to Wuhan on a business trip and checked in to the Fairmont Wuhan. The overall experience was quite good. Location & Transportation: It's in a commercial area, so it should be quite convenient for dining and shopping, but it's 7-8 kilometers away from the Yangtze River, making it suitable for business travelers. Room View: Surrounded by commercial and residential areas, offering a city view. Bed: Taller and larger than beds in typical hotels, king-size. Service: The ambassador service at Fairmont Wuhan is very attentive and friendly. Before check-in, Ambassador Kroos called and added me on WeChat, providing thoughtful service. They also offered a free room upgrade. The room was spacious and included welcome fruit. There was turndown service at night with a sleep spray that smelled wonderful. The bellhop who helped with my luggage was also very nice. I wanted to visit Wuhan University, and he helped me look up how to enter the campus, which was very considerate. Decoration: The hotel lobby has a high ceiling, creating an open and bright space. There are many plants outside the lobby, full of greenery. The pool and gym have large windows. I love the sunny pool, which also has a hot spring pool. Breakfast: Located on the first floor. Weekend breakfast hours are 6:30-10:30, but there was a private event that day, so we were told to eat quickly, which was a bit uncomfortable and felt like we were being rushed. The breakfast was quite extensive with a wide variety, including Wuhan's specialty, hot dry noodles, which were delicious.
