Banishing the winter blues - Whitstable 🇬🇧

Winter is knocking on our doorstep and with the sun going down earlier and earlier, I am mentally on the beach. Bathing in sunshine, admiring colourful beach huts and artistic sunsets. Whitstable is one of my favourite British seaside destinations as a day trip option from London. Full of cute little cafes, fresh seafood and oysters specifically if that's your thing, amazing local beer and a huge coast line. Part of the Canterbury District, Whitstable's main claim to fame is its oysters which remain an intrinsic part of this sea town's character and are celebrated every July at the Oyster Festival. While in Whistable why not visit the town's famous Farmers Market where most food is organic and all stalls are local from a 30 mile radius of the town. Grab beer and oysters at the harbour, and then enjoy a spectacular sunset on the beach. #mytripvlog #tripblazers
