Canada's Longest Pier | White Rock Pier

🏖️ White Rock, a resort town on the southernmost coastline of Vancouver, adjacent to Peace Arch Provincial Park, which is the Canada-US border Peace Arch. It has an excellent geographical location and a profound history and culture. ⛵️ White Rock Pier, home to Canada's longest pier, stands in the sea with a wooden structure, 470 meters long, originally built in 1914, and was repaired in 1977. 🌀 In December 2018, the White Rock Pier was destroyed in a storm, breaking into two pieces; after repairs in the summer of 2019, it was reopened to the public ✅ free of charge. 🚶‍♂️ Walking on the pier, you'll find many English names carved on different planks, as these were sponsored by local residents during the 2019 restoration. ❤️ Even a small amount of 💰, love remains, kudos to the selflessly devoted residents of White Rock 👍 ☕️ Thank you to everyone who enjoyed the pictures and text! ⛵️ The scenery at White Rock Pier is too beautiful! 🛻 It takes about forty minutes to drive from Vancouver to White Rock. 🌅🌄 One of the best coastal views in Vancouver for watching the sunrise over the sea and the sunset over the sea.
