Located in Xinglong Market in Wenshan District, "Xinglong Snacks" offers affordable and homely noodles of all kinds, with very local and delicious home-cooked flavors. -Pickled mustard greens and shredded pork noodles It is one of the signature noodles of this restaurant. Noodles are available in width or thinness. Generally, pickled mustard greens and shredded pork go well with thin noodles. The portion of pickled mustard greens is large, and the shredded pork is well prepared. A bowl is only $55. -Hakka battens  The noodles are very delicious, with a chewy texture, and you can taste the aroma of rice. They are topped with hot marinade and bean sprouts. It is a more Taiwanese style dish. A bowl costs $40 and it is very satisfying. 😃 - Braised pork dry noodles I chose wide noodles, which were very chewy. The main point is that the braised pork is made from the whole braised meat, including the pig skin. It tastes like dry noodles full of braised meat. -Braised Tofu The fried tofu here is also delicious, but what is very special is the braised tofu. The whole piece of tofu is braised without frying, which is healthier. A whole piece of fragrant fried tofu tastes refreshing and satisfying. It only costs $10. -Liver Link The pork is tender and cooked just right, paired with a unique soy sauce paste and shredded ginger. This is a very authentic Taiwanese side dish. The other braised dishes here are also quite delicious, with the taste of home-cooked snacks. Business is very good at noon, and we usually close the shop around 2 or 3 in the afternoon until all the items are sold out.
