Delicious Hong Kong-style cuisine and custard cream pineapple buns - "Baidu Ice House"

This is the Hong Kong-style cuisine "Ferry Ice House" newly opened by a Hong Kong friend in Taiwan🎊 It is located on Jingxing Road in Taipei City, close to the "Hanxing Department Store". It is a small store, but it feels like a Hong Kong ice cream parlor. Basically, there is everything here, from Hong Kong-style rice noodles, fried rice noodles, fried noodles, ice-hot pineapple buns, pig buns, French toast, and snacks. Drinks include Hong Kong Iced Lemon Tea, Silk Stocking Milk Tea, Yuanyang Milk Tea, etc., and other classic Hong Kong-style drinks. Today I will share some classic dishes~ - Stir-fried beef noodles $165 Fried beef noodles originated in Guangzhou, where bean sprouts, leeks and beef slices are added to the rice noodles. The beef here is quite tender, but the overall taste is lighter than the usual Hong Kong style, less oily and salty. -Preserved meat, mushroom and chicken in rice pot $145 I really like this dish. The chicken is chopped and marinated, the meat is tender, the sausage and liver sausage are also good, and it is served with white rice and bok choy sprinkled with sauce. Overall it is pretty good. - Salted fish and chicken fried rice $148 This is also my favorite dish. But the food here is really lighter, and the taste of salted fish is not that strong. - Guangzhou seafood fried noodles $158 The shrimps, fish fillets and squid are all well prepared, and it can be considered a classic Guangzhou fried noodles.  -Fragrant Custard Pineapple Bun $65 This pineapple bun is really delicious, especially for those who like creamy flavor, don’t miss it. - Full Meat and Pineapple Bun $75 The breakfast meat portion is not that thick, but the pineapple bread itself is still delicious. -Hong Kong Iced Lemon Tea $68 The Hong Kong iced lemon tea here is pretty good, and is pretty much the same as what you get in Hong Kong👍 - Silk stocking milk tea $70 This is a pity.
