Altitude 2,400! A free, beautiful, and lesser-known grassland in Guizhou

Is it called Weining Baicaoping or Hezhang Baicaoping? This place is absolutely beautiful! There are very few people, and the vast grassland gives you a sense of freedom. It was worth the trip! Before heading out, I searched for Asilixi Chive Slope and Erlipo, which are both crowded. I couldn't book a car to Wumeng Grassland, and I saw villagers blocking the road, so I was afraid there would be nothing to do there. I gave up and chose this lesser-known place, and it was the right choice! I drove from Bijie, and it took about 1.5 hours to drive 100 km on the highway. The scenery along the way was beautiful! I navigated to Baicaoping, and after exiting the highway, I drove on a winding and narrow mountain road. There were occasional oncoming cars, but the road wasn't too difficult to drive on. Just be careful. After reaching the (abandoned) visitor center, I continued driving up to Baicaoping. Both cars and people can enter for free. Climb to the top for a view: After parking, you can hike to the top along the grassland, or you can walk around and see the animals like I did. There are many herds. The area is large enough for camping, but I didn't see any water sources or toilets. You can set up a canopy and stay for a while. If you plan to stay overnight, it's similar to wild camping.
