Kafu Banta means "cliff of happiness" in Okinawa dialect, and is known as a power spot that brings good luck. The most vivid blue gradation can be seen at high tide. The recommended time to visit is between 11:00 and 13:00, when the sun is likely to be directly overhead. If you're lucky, you might even see sea turtles swimming.
