Moray Concentric Terraces Site

#AprilGoodDestinations2025 The Moray concentric terraces site, about 50 kilometers away from Cusco, Peru, attracts many tourists every year because of its mystery and ancient mysteries. The terraces look like ancient Roman or Greek open-air theaters and are said to be an agricultural experimental site for the Inca Empire. However, we can still get a glimpse of it from its physical properties, and we sincerely admire the wisdom of the ancient Incas. The concentric terraces were built in a basin with a height difference of 30 meters and a temperature difference of 15°C. The geographical location, sunlight and wind direction are cleverly combined, with a water conservancy system that fully utilizes the terrain. One cannot help but suspect that this was all carefully calculated. The concentric terraces seen from the observation deck have been restored. Along the trail, there are two smaller, unrestored original concentric terraces. Because I was traveling with a tour group and had limited time, I didn’t go to see the third one. We walked back to the observation deck from the bottom. The slope was not steep, but because it was a plateau, we walked very slowly and were still out of breath. #Historical Monuments #Peru Travel
