Okinawa sunset

#March Good Places 2025 Walking out of Parco City, hair fluttering madly at the back of his head like an out-of-control flag. The wind in Okinawa was particularly wild today, like nature playing some wild symphony. Visitors on the beach shrank their necks, some pressing their soaring skirts, others chasing their hats that had been swept away by the wind. I squinted and saw the palm trees in the distance bent into a bowing posture, the leaves churning, as if to protest this excessive enthusiasm. In the midst of this strong wind, the sunset put on its most magnificent performance. The fiery red sun image was swayed by the wind, dyeing the clouds the color of boiling magma. The waves were torn into pieces by the strong wind, and each wave reflected the golden light, like thousands of falling stars. Not far behind him, the huge Parco City mall stood like a silent giant. The glass curtain wall reflects the burning sky, and the whole building seems to be burning. Occasionally, tourists flee from the shopping mall towards the sea, and are forced to stagger by the wind. Their shopping bags rattled in the wind, forming a wonderful duet with the roar of the waves. The wind was getting stronger and I had to hold on to the railing. The setting sun sank particularly fast in this strong wind, and at the last moment, a green flash pierced the sky, fleeting. The neon lights of the mall then lit up, and artificial light immediately took over the coast. As I walked towards the mall against the wind to take shelter, I looked back and saw that the last glow was still struggling with the strong wind, dyeing the waves purple-red. This wild Okinawa sunset was more memorable than any calm dusk – like a nature wrestling with modern civilization, and I was fortunate enough to witness the epic showdown.
