#summervacay Ganwoljae Rest Area is not your average pull-over spot, it’s like a secret balcony above the clouds. I stopped by kind of on a whim, and wow, totally glad I did. The drive up alone is super scenic, with winding mountain roads and tree tunnels that make you wanna roll the windows down and blast your chillest playlist. Once you get there, the view is the star of the show. On a misty day, it’s full-on cloud sea vibes, like you’re floating above the world. Seriously, it felt like I was on top of a fantasy movie set. Even when it’s clear, the mountain ridgelines stretch out forever. Just epic. There’s space to sit, snap pics, sip coffee if you bring some, and just take it all in. No crazy hiking needed, just park, breathe, and enjoy. It’s peaceful, breezy, and the perfect little recharge spot. If you’re road-tripping through the area, Ganwoljae is 100% worth the detour.
