Cruise Trip to Ulleungdo

Setting sail from Hupo Ferry Terminal, the journey to Ulleungdo begins with growing excitement as the mainland fades into the distance. Arriving early in the morning at the terminal, travelers gradually gathered, and once aboard, the long voyage across the sea commenced. The cruise interior was clean and the seats were comfortable. Stepping outside, the refreshing sea breeze greeted us, and the panoramic view of the East Sea was far more majestic and expansive than any photograph could capture. On the gently swaying ship, I found moments to nap, gaze blankly at the ocean, and experience a sense of relaxation that is impossible to find on land. After about three and a half hours, the dock at Ulleungdo came into view. Towering cliffs and emerald waters welcomed us warmly, making the arrival feel truly special. Despite initial concerns about seasickness, the journey was far more pleasant than expected, and the adventure felt like it had already begun even before reaching Ulleungdo.
