Orange-hued Sunset of Ulleungdo

At sunset, I climbed a high observation deck to catch the view. Above the quiet seaside village, the sky turned a vivid red, and I watched the sun slowly descend beyond the horizon. I hoped this moment would remain etched in my memory for a long time. At the point where the sea and sky meet, the sunlight gradually turned redder and darker, fading away. Around me, there were only people silently immersed in the scenery. In front of this breathtaking view, I took out the Korean flag and snapped a photo. The sight of the flag against the fiery sunset on Ulleungdo, a part of South Korea, was an overwhelming and meaningful moment in itself. The breeze was gentle, the air crisp and clear. Without saying a word, I gazed at the sky for a long time before quietly turning to leave. It was a moment that felt like everything—nature, the country, and myself—was deeply connected.
