[Okayama] Beautiful Shurakuen Garden

Shurakuen (the garden of the former villa of the Tsuyama Domain) is a beautiful garden in Tsuyama City, Okayama Prefecture. Even I, who am not particularly interested in gardens, was enchanted by its beauty. The majority of the garden is taken up by a pond, and you can enjoy seasonal scenery such as cherry blossoms and autumn leaves. In September 2002, the "Garden of the former villa of the Tsuyama Domain (Shurakuen)" was designated a national place of scenic beauty. The Forest Art Festival, Sunny Country Okayama, is also being held until November 24th, and artworks are also on display.
