I wanted to try the limited-time ice cream ramen, maybe because it's gone in winter, I really have to grab the opportunity next time! In the end, I chose two classic flavors of ramen, plus three snacks and a drink, for less than $300, which is really quite high value for money👍🏻 1️⃣ White Soup Pork Bone Ramen ($69) Once served hot, it was really good to eat in winter, without all the chills, the soup was very thick and rich, the aroma of pork bones left a fragrance on the cheeks. The char siu is quite big, tender and not greasy. The ramen is thin and a little chewy, but the overall quality is very high! 2️⃣ Fish and Pork Bone Ramen ($79) The soup is very fragrant, good rich aroma, can hang the noodles. The entrance is very fresh, with lime to add, more freshness. 3️⃣ Tang Yang Fried Chicken ($32) Fried crispy without being too oily, the meat is tender and juicy, a surprise! And there are four large pieces of fried chicken, great value for money! 4️⃣ Pan-fried dumplings ($28) The outer skin is thinly pan-fried and crispy, the inner layer is hot and soft and juicy. 5️⃣ Octopus Roll ($28) Crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, the taste is quite special with a little smoky texture. 6️⃣ Sage White Peach Oolong Cold Brew Tea ($18) The taste is fresh, white peach flavor is quite fragrant. #foodie #hkfoodie #Hong Kong food
