The 1st floor is good for a quick meeting, but there is a restaurant called Grand Kitchen at the back, so it seems a little busy. If you want to have tea in a calm atmosphere, I recommend the 6th floor! During the day, you can see Wadakura Park and the Imperial Palace right in front of the hotel. There is also a Michelin-starred French restaurant on the same 6th floor, and if you're lucky, you can also enjoy the sweets served there.
