The Tokyo Edition, Toranomon

I chose the Tiger Gate Addison Hotel in Minato for this trip to Tokyo, mainly to have a quiet and design destination in the busy city. Tiger's Gate is the core business district, convenient for business or play, a lot of walking around is very convenient, to the nearby attractions are only a few subway stations. Most importantly, the hotel room looks out to see the Tokyo Tower and the city skyline. The location of the hotel is a super plus, walking out of the hotel is the subway station, it is easy to go to Roppongi, Shinbashi and even Shibuya, both at night and in the morning to explore the nearby Cafe and attractions. There are many commercial buildings around the hotel, however it is quieter than expected at night and soundproof enough to not be afraid of noise. When it comes to rooms and facilities, staying in a share has a sense of newness, spacious space, not as crowded as the usual Tokyo business hotels, suitable for those who want to relax for a night or stay for several days. The design combines modern simplicity with Japanese subtlety, the lighting is quiet and comfortable, the bathroom and amenities are complete, and you can rest well and clean every day when you return to the hotel - but according to some users, sometimes the hygiene details will be insufficient (you can pay extra attention to the toilet and bed linen when you check in on your own). The service is good, the front desk has Chinese service, check-in does not require a deposit, early arrival can check-in early, the whole process feels convenient and courteous, the staff proactively answer questions. Don’t be afraid if you don’t know Japanese, communication is pretty smooth. However, during some peak hours, the waiting time may be longer, it is recommended to avoid the crowds during check-in time, so you can consider going a little earlier after lunch. For dining, there are many breakfast options, both Japanese and Western, the food is fresh and characteristic, while the room Service is not bad, do not bother to find food nearby. Takeaway nearby is also convenient, you can choose a hotel or go out for simple meals. There are certainly many photo spots, the biggest selling point must be the window view of the room overlooking the Tokyo Tower, with a panoramic view of the city skyline. When the weather is good, you can see the panoramic view of the entire city center. It is recommended to state that you want a 'Tokyo Tower View' room type when booking! Bring trip tips: It is recommended to book room types early, especially during holidays or peak season; if you do not want to go out for dinner, you can take advantage of the hotel Room Service; Closing hotel booking tips: Early booking can choose your favorite view room, Booking platform will have discounts at different times; Check-in / Check-out peak easy to queue, recommended wrong peak; Tiger Gate trip near Roppongi, Hibiya Park, Tokyo Tower, short walk is very convenient. Tip: Most attractions in the city require subway access, save your SUICA or PASMO card in advance for an easier trip. #Tokyo Hotel Recommendation #Tokyo Tower #Tiger Gate Hotel #Room Landscape Control #Japanese Design #Business and Leisure

Bvlgari Hotel Tokyo

For this trip to Tokyo, we deliberately chose the Bulgari Hotel Tokyo as our stop. Once we landed, we felt its unparalleled location advantage - across the street is Tokyo Station, and when you open the window, you can see the bustling city center. A few minutes walk to the Imperial Palace, Ginza, or stroll around the Nipponbashi business district, perfect for those who want to enjoy the main attractions in Tokyo without changing around. Truth be told, this hotel is super appropriate if you like convenient and dazzling urban living. The location is unbeatable, nestled in one of the busiest transportation hubs in Japan, with subway, JR right out of the station to enter the hotel. Kyobashi Station is within easy reach, and the routes are particularly varied if you want to go to Narita Airport or major attractions. Once I returned to my hotel at night and looked at the urban neon, feeling full of dynamism and security. The high-rise rooms have extremely beautiful night views, and you can even overlook Mount Fuji, so you don't have to worry about not being able to see the representative scenery of Tokyo. As for the hotel facilities, there is an immediate sense of luxury once you enter the Lobby. The rooms are delicately designed, the twin rooms are very comfortable, the workbench is matched with decorative paintings, which is suitable for urban travelers who need to work and want to chill. The gym is not only well-equipped, but also has a stunning view for running while looking at the city skyline. The swimming pool and hot spring area are also a must-do recommendation for you to relax and many people will take pictures. One detail I remember in particular, the minibar in the hotel room – all the soda soft drinks were even free! For me who is thirsty when I come back from traveling all the time, this courteous arrangement is a plus. The room lighting design is soft, make yourself rest comfortably day and night, and the staff service is even more comparable to top hotel standards, multi-language support, asking for directions and food is very convenient. After staying, I sincerely think that although the price is not cheap, the overall experience should be considered one of the best in Tokyo. Unanimously praised by users, it is also suitable for travelers who want to have a short premium experience or celebrate a special day. Itinerary tips My itinerary is basically based in hotels, taking photos along the walking route to the Imperial Palace in the morning, then crossing the Nippon Bridge to enjoy the coffee shop and souvenir street, all the way to Ginza shopping. Every time I went back to the hotel it was called relaxing, without spending too much time in the traffic turnaround. It is recommended to schedule your itinerary loosely so that you can enjoy the hotel facilities and the unique city atmosphere of Tokyo at night. Booking Tips Remember to book in advance, especially in peak season, a room is hard to find; if you want a high-rise view, you can specify in advance. Most room types offer twin beds for the convenience of friends/parents. The hotel amenities are suitable for business, vacation or celebration scenarios, and the value-added experience is sure to surprise. Stay more time at night to take night scenes, you won't regret it. #TokyoHotelRecommendation #PreferredLocation #RoyalHouseStroll #BulgariLuxuryExperience #City View High Floor Room #Free MiniBar #Travel Lazy First Choice

Gōtokuji Temple

#November Destinations 2025 Gotoku-ji Temple Located in Taigeyama, Setagaya Ward, Tokyo, Gotoku-ji Temple is a historic Soto Zen Buddhist temple and the ancestral temple of the Ii family during the Edo period. The temple houses a large collection of cultural properties related to the Ii family and preserves antique buildings such as the Ii family cemetery, the main hall, the three-story pagoda, and the Shōfuku-den (monastery hall). Although located in Tokyo, the temple grounds are lush with flowers and trees throughout the year—plum blossoms and cherry blossoms in spring, peonies, herbaceous peonies, azaleas, and fresh greenery in early summer, and renowned for its autumn foliage. The pine-lined avenue leading from the stone gate to the main gate, accompanied by birdsong, creates a tranquil Zen atmosphere, allowing visitors to escape the hustle and bustle of the city and immerse themselves in a serene garden retreat. Whether appreciating the changing seasons or exploring historical sites, Gotoku-ji Temple is an ideal place to learn about Tokyo's local culture and experience the beauty of Japanese gardens. Gotoku-ji Temple is a must-visit for those who travel to Japanese temples and shrines or are cat lovers on a self-guided trip to Tokyo! Not only is it a popular healing spot for independent travelers in Tokyo, but it is also a sacred place of the Maneki-neko (lucky cat) legend. With its convenient transportation and beautiful scenery, it is very suitable for connecting with nearby neighborhoods such as Shimokitazawa and Sangenjaya to find a quiet corner in the city.

Shofuku-den

Gotokuji Temple is a famous Setagaya spot, famous for its autumn foliage and beckoning cats. The temple grounds are expansive, and just walking through them is enough to calm the mind. The three-story pagoda, shining against the blue sky, is a sight to behold, and the contrast between the warmth of the wood and the autumn leaves is truly beautiful. The famous beckoning cat offering hall is filled with beckoning cats of all sizes. The sight of countless cats lined up is more than just cute; it's mystical. It's a must-see for photography lovers, and every angle is picturesque. The autumn foliage season is especially recommended. It's easily accessible on foot from the station.
