Visiting the graves of the 47 Ronin

If you go to the left in the grounds of Sengaku-ji Temple, you will find the graves of the Ako Gishi and the 47 Ronin. There is no admission fee, but you will need to purchase incense. A bundle costs 300 yen. They will light a huge amount of incense over a charcoal fire. If you don't walk very quickly, you will smoke yourself. There are so many incense sticks, but if you go around each one, they will run out quickly. It is said that 2 to 3 sticks are just right.
