The town, consisting of two towers and a plaza in between, is scheduled to be completed in 2027. Of the two towers, Tokiwabashi Tower is currently open. The permanent goldfish playground equipment can be photographed against the blue sky to give the impression that the fish are swimming in an aquarium.
