I found a restaurant that is irresistible for oyster lovers! On Monday, March 30, 2025, I visited with a junior colleague from work. Despite it being a Monday, the restaurant was almost full! We enjoyed fresh seafood and warm service. We started with a slow-cooked oyster broth soup. We were excited for this bowl of condensed flavor. The sashimi platter was a luxurious lineup of bonito, tuna, sea bream, salmon roe, sea urchin, and octopus. The bonito was especially delicious. And the main course, raw oysters! It had a melting texture and no odor, and was of the highest quality. The luxurious oyster jewel platter (salmon roe x sea urchin x oyster) was an extravagant dish with a rich flavor that filled the mouth. The hot pot was oyster kimchi jjigae. In addition to oysters, the restaurant is packed with scallops, chorizo meatballs, shrimp and other ingredients, and the seafood flavor is thoroughly infused into the spicy soup. The final dish is cheese rice porridge. The soup is infused with the flavor of oyster kimchi jjigae, and the addition of cheese gives it a mellow, rich flavor. It was a very satisfying meal from start to finish! What's more, the customer service from the staff was fantastic! All the staff are polite and attentive, and the warm personality of the owner is evident in this restaurant.
