The Tokyo Station Gallery is currently hosting "Foujita: Painting and Photography," an exciting exhibition exploring the deep connection between Foujita Tsuguharu’s “milky white nudes” and photography from three perspectives✨ 🔍 Exhibition Highlights • “Painter’s Image” as Self-Branding 　Round glasses + bob haircut + white nude figure… Focus on how photos and paintings weave together to form the “Foujita image” • Photography to Painting Process 　Revealing the behind-the-scenes process of extracting composition and details for paintings from snapshots taken during travels • Photos Taken as a Painter 　Showcasing for the first time thousands of photos taken by Foujita himself, who had photography skills, across Paris, Japan, Beijing, and other parts of the world Photography inside the gallery is prohibited The souvenirs were cute too, so be sure to check them out! 🗓️ July 5 (Sat) – August 31 (Sun) ⏰ 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM / 🌙 Fridays until 8:00 PM (last admission 30 minutes before closing) 📌 Closed on Mondays (except open on 7/21, 8/11, and 8/25), closed on 7/22 and 8/12 💰 General admission 1,500 yen (advance 1,300 yen), students from 1,300 yen, free for junior high school students and younger
