We had the est Chef's Tasting 10-course meal. It was on the 39th floor, so the view was great, but we chose a private room that day because we wanted a private space. The dishes, which used truffles and caviar, were perfectly balanced with the plate, the delicacy of the dessert stood out, and the portions were just right. The accompanying bread was also crispy and chewy, and delicious. By the way, the white truffles in the white truffle risotto were an additional charge, but they were really fragrant, not too strong, and we were able to enjoy wonderful truffles. The final snack was delicious, and we even received some jam as a souvenir! The prices are a little on the high side, but the hospitality of the staff, the lovely space, the delicious food, and everything else makes it a good value for the price.
