Cherry Blossom Magic Along the Meguro River

#springitinerary Meguro’s riverbank during cherry blossom season is honestly one of the dreamiest spots in Tokyo. It’s just a regular neighborhood most of the year, but come late March or early April, the whole place transforms. The cherry trees line both sides of the Meguro River and form this soft pink tunnel that stretches on and on. it’s seriously Instagram heaven. The vibe is super chill too. You can stroll along the path, grab a seasonal sakura drink from a pop-up stand, and just enjoy the view. At night, the trees are lit up and it feels even more magical. It does get a bit crowded, especially on weekends, but it still manages to feel relaxed and romantic. No temples, no big attractions. just you, the blossoms, and the river. If you're in Tokyo during sakura season, Meguro is absolutely worth the walk. Don’t skip it.
