I wandered around Ueno, Asakusa, even along the Sumida River, and everywhere had those pretty pink trees popping off. What’s cool is the mix, you’ve got temples, shrines, old-school streets, and cherry blossoms all blending together. Way less chaotic than the big parks, but still plenty of people out enjoying the vibes. I grabbed some street snacks near Senso-ji, strolled around, took a ton of pics, and just soaked it all in. You get those peaceful moments mixed with random lively spots, which keeps it interesting. Plus, the views near the river with Skytree in the background? Insane. If you want a more local, chill way to do hanami without the mega crowds, Taito City’s a solid pick. Just grab your camera and wander.
