The restaurant is surrounded by lush green plants, like a cozy villa in the forest. As soon as you enter the store, you will feel the tranquility away from the hustle and bustle of the city. IVY PLACE often requires a long queue on holidays, but this time I went there shortly after it opened on a weekday morning. Although I didn't have a reservation, I was successfully taken to a seat. Breakfast offers a discounted package, and if you order breakfast, you can order a designated drink for an additional fee. I ordered a classic buttermilk pancake, and you can choose maple syrup or honey. There is a round piece of cream on top of the pancake, which is very recognizable. I chose a hot latte as my drink, and it came with a small card introducing the coffee beans used. The latte was very smooth and delicious. The classic buttermilk pancake and latte cost 2,080 yen. The freshly-fried pancakes tasted very soft, but I personally didn’t find them amazing. However, the dining space and environment gave it a lot of points.
