The place where hydrangeas are blooming is Water Plaza Park along the sea, just outside the 2A exit of Aomi Station on the Tokyo Waterfront New Transit Waterfront Line. There are Annabelle hydrangeas blooming around the entrance to the park I was able to capture a photo of hydrangeas, the sea, and a boat.
