Richmond Hotel Review (25 minutes to Harry Potter Studio Tour)

This time, my husband and I decided to go to the Harry Potter Studio Tour, which we had always wanted to go to, and we stayed at the Richmond Hotel. - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - 👍Good points ● The amenities were very comprehensive. There was a lot of stuff, such as lotion, milky lotion, facial cleanser, cleansing, exfoliating cream, razors, coffee, and tea, which was very helpful. ● Good access The nearest Mejiro Station was a 2-minute walk away! It was also 2 minutes to Ikebukuro Station. The surrounding area was quiet and the security was good. It took about 25 minutes to get to the Harry Potter Studio Tour! ● Hotel staff's response◎When I entered the room I had reserved (I had reserved a non-smoking room), the shower room smelled of cigarettes, and when I mentioned this, they immediately showed me a different room and changed me to a larger room. It was a negative that I was shown to a room that smelled of cigarettes, but I felt that the service was very good. - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - 😑What wasn't so great ● The building felt a bit old I don't think there was much else.
