I visited 'Isetei' located in Daimaru Tokyo. It's directly connected to Tokyo Station, making it very convenient! I forgot exactly, but I think I chose the bamboo or plum set. I ordered a luxurious combination of kabayaki, shirayaki, and 'umaki tamago'. The kabayaki had a perfect sweetness in the sauce and was fluffy, while the shirayaki had a fragrant flavor that brought out the taste of the ingredients, both were exquisite. Moreover, the umaki tamago, which luxuriously wrapped the eel, had an excellent match with the fluffy egg, making it an unforgettable taste once you try it!
