In order to eat at one of the most famous hamburger restaurants in Japan - Banrou to Mi, we started looking for tips early. We were also very lucky to have successfully made an online reservation for the Shibuya branch, so we can give this famous burger restaurant a try! They only offer one set meal, which is 3 hamburger patties and a raw egg. The store clerk was very considerate and introduced us to the cooking methods and different seasonings. While waiting, we can watch the chef making the burgers up close. The store is also filled with the delicious smell of meat. The chef will serve the burgers one by one, so you don’t have to worry about the burgers being overcooked. As soon as you bite into it, the gravy gushes out immediately. It’s really delicious! ! ! ! My favorite is to add a little salt, which can bring out the flavor of the meat. There is unlimited refill of rice. A bite of meat and a bite of rice, plus a raw egg, it's really a perfect match 😋 I totally understand why it is so famous! However, I was actually very full after finishing the second burger, taking a bite of meat and a bite of rice. I suggest that you don’t eat as much rice as I did. Otherwise, you’ll feel full very quickly.
