Churros de palis A cafe in Shin-Okubo that is open until 10pm. The churros here are the best in Tokyo!! They're crispy and fluffy, and even if you eat three of them, they're not heavy at all. This is the cafe I most recommend in Shin-Okubo. I stop by after work just to eat the churros☺️ They have a variety of shaved ice, and the kinako shaved ice has red beans on top but is quite refreshing, and the strawberry shaved ice is sweet.
