[Marunouchi] Ryukyu Chinese

Located on the first basement floor of Marunouchi Brick Square, this restaurant has a Ryukyu Chinese concept. I went there thinking I'd be able to try some Okinawan food, but it seemed more Chinese (maybe it depends on what you order?). My favorite Fu Chanpuru was kind of...yeah. I didn't really get it. Was it heavy? Kind of...yeah. Maybe I was hoping for a fluffier gluten. The shrimp stir-fry with mayonnaise also had avocado in it, so it felt like I'd discovered a new dish. We also had dishes that let you enjoy the flavor of the ingredients, such as Jimami tofu and island scallions, with awamori. It seems like they also sell wine, so maybe it would be a different experience to have some wine with it?
