Sister store of Ginza KAZAN. The most affordable course for dinner is ¥7,480 (tax included). I haven't been to KAZAN for a while, but to conclude, if the price is the same, KAZAN might be better. Among the courses, the consommé with fresh sea urchin, abalone, lobster, and crab was the most delicious. As the name of the menu suggests, it contains various ingredients, and the scent of the sea spreads in your mouth. The rare grilled Scotch salmon was also satisfying with its thick cut and fulfilling taste.
