When the land was reclaimed and turned into a samurai residence, it was first enshrined as the guardian deity of the former Yanagishima village. In the Meiji period, the Ministry of the Army, which had jurisdiction over this area, demolished the shrine, and fires occurred frequently. When the shrine was rebuilt, the fires stopped. In the Showa period, when Kinshi Park was built, the shrine was left alone, and fires occurred frequently. When the shrine was rebuilt, the fires stopped, and more people began to worship the shrine. This shrine is located in a corner of Kinshi Park. The several red torii gates and the shrine building stand out beautifully. Looking up above the shrine building, you can see the figure of an innocent-looking white fox. There was also a dynamic fox at the chozuya (purification fountain).
