An excellent Unagi shop at Ginza

This shop at Ginza, called Unagi Narita Shinkawa, is the sister store from its main store at Narita. It serves a variety of Unagi dishes ranging from Unagi Kabayaki to Hitsumabushi. I went for the Unagi Kabayaki and chosen the young eel package. The flesh is so fresh and tender that it literally melts in the mouth, and you will never forget the great taste of this premium dish.
