Little Venice in Tokyo

I was looking some places in Tokyo that has calming vibes than Shinjuku or Shibuya. Then I found this little shop complex in Jiyugaoka. It's just 15 minutes away from Shibuya by train. The building of these shops remind me of Venice, Italy. There's no fee to enter this place, called La Vita. Here you can find clothes stores, art gallery, cafe, and restaurants.
